Create a book review as an exiting movieclip. When people present a book review, they usually talk about the auther, the story, and other facts around the book. Not about the story. A book trailer is more. Its a group process. The complete book review will be visualized, not only in words but in moving images. The group picks a book that the want to use for the trailer. They will prepare a brief summury and turn it into a script / storyboard for a short screenplay. The final result will be a short film in which the story is touched lightly and the audience is intrigued about the book.
The booktrailer will be published on the internet.

Don't make your movie too long. circa 1 minuut will be enoug.

Instead of filming you can also use oixalation techniques. Pixalation is a form of animation in which you use your own body as material. With this technique it is possible to create a movement that is not possible in reality

Don't use too much text. Try just to use images

draw 6 boxes, each box is maximum 10 seconds of the movie
you can draw more boxes if you need them
write some text

first shot: start with the cover of the book: that's the title as well
last shots: all the producing groupmembers and what they did
lineair shooting: easy editing
follow storyboard
one take; max 10 sec
voice over can be edited later
we don’t have many time to produce;
so we must be inventive, work fast,
we don’t have set and setdressingpeople so we have to improvise and work with the stuff we have and use our natural surroundings as filmset where possible
